experiments with blog format and processes

In the unlikely event of anyone - other than me, given that nobody but me, and that rarely, knows/remembers the address to get into this blog - reading this, apologies. I'm still at the stage of working out how this things works, and - more importantly - whether i want a blog at all. The answer to the latter is seemingly yes, albeit [is that a word, or is it all be it] reluctantly. It looks as if i will be heading off again this summer to try to paddle around Ireland for a second time. Weather, fitness and such things allowing. Three major changes since last year's attempt; this time i'll be doing it alone, and rather than heading clockwise around [Cork, then Kerry and up west coast and so forth] i'll be going anti-clockwise for various reasons, and finally i'll be starting though hopefully not finishing with a lot less hoo-hah than last time.


This is more by way of experimentation - seeing if can copy and paste across from other documents to here - saving huge amounts of time and possibly making future entries even more interesting - that’s even more interesting as in not as dull as these necessary doodling with format type things.

I’ve already found that pasting photos in to this blog seems difficult - or at least an arcane art so far beyond my ability.
