Still in Dingle. Happily so as it's raining and there's a gusty wind with forescast for up to force six or seven winds over coming days.
Obviously my mass email alerting you to where this blog is got through to some of you - though it turned into one of those computer logistic nightmares the like of which makes working out a days paddling with wind over tide overlaid on round Ireland currents adding in magnetic variation and taken into account hoped for/alternative/possible/desperate landing sites seem really easy. Some of you maybe got the email twice, or three times, or so many times its crashed your server. Who knows.
I've just spoken to Sam Crowley, from the States, who set off from Dublin a couple of weeks ago to kayak around Ireland. He's storming along, though has stopped to resupply in Baltimore for a few days. We should meet in a bar somewhere up on the west coast in about ten days given our relative speeds.
